Philadelphia is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Philadelphia is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Pennsylvania's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Always recommend stopping by. The line moves so quickly! There’s so many options, and all of them are good. We’ve enjoyed the key lime, apple, and cinnamon. The M&M is an iconic classic. Take out only. Reminder - they are closed on Sundays!

I was visiting the area and saw there was a hand made donut place in the market so had to check it out. I wish I had been able to stay longer to try more - they have so many amazing varieties. I went with a β€œstandard” and got a Boston cream donut - which was really good. It’s so much fun to find quality creations like this to remind you what’s possible. Decorate and highly recommend!

Visited Reading Terminal Market on Sunday and Beiler's was closed. Came back Monday and had the best doughnuts we've ever had in our lives. They smell great. They look great. And best of all, they taste...well there are no words! WOW! No other doughnuts can compare. My favorites are Lemon Creme, Carmel Apple, and Peanut Butter Creme. But I haven't tried them all...yet. Lemon Creme is hands down, by far, the best lemon doughnut in the universe. Perfect balance of sweet and tangy. A melt in your mouth dream come true. All of the filled doughnuts we devoured had no shortage of filling. They were absolutely perfect. Enjoy the best doughnuts in the universe right here in Philadelphia.

These are said to be Philadelphia's most famous donuts! This is an Amish bakery that insists on making products by hand daily. Maple Bacon: Sounds intimidating, but it's the staff's top recommendation. The bacon was diced and just a small topping, not very prominent; the main ingredient was maple cream, rich and smooth, not too sweet, but very fragrant and flavorful. Glazed: A simple, classic donut, just syrup drizzled on top. Personally, I found it rather ordinary. Make sure to go early! They open at 8 am, and shortly after 9 they were almost sold out.

Very good donuts for a very good price ( 2.15 if I remember correctly ). I had a glazed strawberry filled donut. The strawberry filling was delicious, sweet but still tasted a lot like strawberry. The other one was harvest apple, the apple filling was from another world but the cinnamon on top of the icing was a little too much.
